SubQsync is an organizational companion application intended to help users manage therapy-related workflows such as:

SubQsync:

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

6.  No Emergency Services

SubQsync is not intended for emergency or urgent medical situations.

Do not rely on the Services during medical emergencies. Contact emergency services or qualified healthcare providers when appropriate.

7.  Data and Accuracy

Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of:

  • session information;

  • supply counts;

  • symptom logs;

  • therapy schedules;

  • reminders and alerts.

 

SubQsync does not guarantee:

​

  • uninterrupted operation;

  • error-free performance;

  • complete accuracy of calculations, reminders, or data synchronization.

All content, software, branding, graphics, logos, and materials associated with SubQsync are owned by SubQsync or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

any portion of the Services without prior written permission.

9.  Feedback

SubQsync is not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

  • ACCURACY;

  • RELIABILITY;

  • AVAILABILITY.

14.  Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUBQSYNC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT DAMAGES;

  • INCIDENTAL DAMAGES;

  • CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;

  • LOSS OF DATA;

  • LOSS OF PROFITS;

  • THERAPY-RELATED DECISIONS OR OUTCOMES;

  • INTERRUPTION OF SERVICES.

 

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

15.  Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SubQsync and its affiliates, owners, operators, employees, and licensors from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • your use of the Services;

  • violation of these Terms;

  • misuse of the Services;

  • violation of applicable laws.

16.  Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by the SubQsync Privacy Policy.
