Account and Data Deletion Request

SubQsync users may request deletion of their account and associated app data by emailing support@subqsync.com from the email address associated with their account.  Upon request, we will delete the user account and associated app data, including profile information, infusion session records,  symptom logs, cannula site history, and supply tracking data, unless retention is required for legal, security, or compliance purposes.
